In this section, we will publish all information that can help in the fight against debt, not only through National Registry of Debts. First of all, however, we will publish legal information regarding the operation of National Registry of Debts to confirm the legality of our actions and to ensure our clients that by registering debts they do not violate the law. We want to assure our clients that Portuguese law allows the creditor to register the debt without the consent of the debtor and provide debtors data in National Registry of Debts. We also want to create a knowledge base on how to deal with onerous debtors.
